PAYPAL PAYMENTS -- VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECKS, BANK TRANSFER You may pay with any of the above methods through PayPal. This service does not cost anything extra. You no longer need to have a PayPal account in order to make a credit card payment through the PayPal service. When you are paying for an order with PayPal, our account with them is under the e-mail address paypal [at] 3bos [dot] com, and NOT 3bos [at] 3bos [dot] com. Orders paid for via PayPal must be shipped to your "confirmed" address on file with PayPal. Exceptions to this will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but if we are not familiar with you as a customer, additional verification procedures may be required before we can ship your order, due to the risk of fraud. OTHER INFO Personal checks may be held for bank clearance, which may take up to 2 weeks. If you bounce a check to us, you will be expected to reimburse us for the cost of your order plus our bank's NSF fee (currently $15), and we may require you to pay by other, more secure means in the future. Orders that are returned to us by the Post Office will be reshipped to you at your expense, unless we have made a mistake in addressing your package, so please double-check your information in your order (including your Paypal info) before sending it to us. RETURNS/REFUNDS We allow returns for mis-shipped, damaged or defective items only. Exceptions may be made for customers who order a high volume of product from 3BOS. Refunds will be issued only in the instance where we cannot ship the correct item or a replacement item. If you were sent the wrong item, please contact us and we will give you approval to return the item. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will either ship you the correct item or issue a refund if the item is out of stock. You will also be refunded or credited the shipping cost of returning the item to us as well. If an item or items were damaged in transit, only packages shipped via UPS ground or Fedex are insured. If an item you received is defective, please contact us with details about the defect and we will give you approval to return the item.
